Leads complex OEM and enterprise technology programs from planning through launch. Coordinates Product, Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders; manages roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, RAID logs, technical reviews, release readiness, and executive communications. Evaluates enhancement requests and partners with Product and Engineering on scalable solutions. Drives process improvements, reporting, retrospectives, and operational efficiency while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Manages and scales a regional platform specialist team supporting pre-sales activities. Develops data-driven resource plans, performance standards, coaching programs, and operational processes. Oversees hiring, training, goal setting, performance management, sales-process adherence, utilization reporting, and employee development. Collaborates with operations and product marketing to coordinate training and certifications, using analytics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Requires up to 35% travel.

Owns the product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, translating product vision and customer feedback into prioritized epics, features, and user stories. Manages agile backlogs, partners with engineering and Scrum teams, supports product releases and business cases, monitors success metrics, and collaborates with product marketing and other Product Managers to align strategy and customer outcomes.
