Own the corporate finance cycle, including reporting, forecasting, annual planning, scenario analysis, KPI management, and budgeting. Partner with executives and Sales leadership on capital, pricing, headcount, and capacity decisions. Lead cross-functional financial data alignment, market and competitor research, and SaaS metrics development. Build AI-enabled finance tooling and workflows, improve automation, and communicate recommendations that drive organization-wide decisions.

Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&A, and R&D functions, including intake, sourcing, screening, hiring-manager partnership, candidate evaluation, offer management, and closing. Build passive-talent pipelines, use funnel metrics to improve searches, advise leaders, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Partner with People teams on workforce planning and process improvements while designing AI-assisted recruiting workflows and operating independently across multiple searches.

Own product-led growth analytics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention. Lead experimentation, statistical analysis, causal inference, metric development, and proactive opportunity discovery. Build scalable analytical systems, monitoring frameworks, semantic models, and AI-powered tools. Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to shape product bets, investment decisions, and roadmap priorities. Work autonomously in a remote-first environment and communicate complex findings through clear, actionable recommendations.
