Lead day-to-day operations of NEP's Los Angeles Connected Solutions facility, overseeing engineering, technical operations, production support, TOC operations and facility management. Serve as senior on-site leader and escalation point for clients, develop teams, manage budgets and staffing, and support major live events and multi-site productions while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and customer delivery.

Lead revenue growth for Specialty Capture products (RF, robotics, specialty cameras). Own targets, pursue and close complex technical sales across sports, broadcast and live events. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, develop pricing and proposals, partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions, coach sales team, and represent NEP at industry events. Frequent customer visits and extensive travel required.

Lead and manage technical operations for mobile broadcast units at remote production sites. Oversee builds, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, live support, and teardown. Serve as on-site technical authority and client contact, direct engineering crews, schedule staff, ensure maintenance and asset management, coordinate logistics, complete post-event reports, and support upgrades and repairs to meet broadcast engineering standards.
