The Compensation Analyst conducts market compensation analysis, evaluates job levels and pay grades, manages the annual merit cycle, benchmarks salary and benefits data, and maintains compensation profiles in Workday. The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders, provides compensation guidance, supports reorganizations and career architecture, ensures compliance and data integrity, and develops training and process documentation.

Coordinates end-to-end commercial training programs, including virtual and in-person logistics, presenters, venues, travel, budgets, vendors, materials, and communications. Administers SharePoint and the learning management system, maintains learner records, audits training content, supports regulated-material reviews, and prepares post-training reports and assessments. Serves as the primary program owner and onsite contact while partnering with event planning and commercial teams.

Leads commercial education and field effectiveness programs for oncology and pathology sales teams. Designs onboarding, territory management, account-based selling, leadership coaching, CRM and analytics training, and ongoing development curricula. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Medical, and Commercial Operations; facilitates workshops, conducts field assessments, measures training effectiveness, and translates complex clinical and business information into practical learning experiences. The role requires approximately 30%–40% travel.
