Manages material planners, improves forecast accuracy and inventory health, resolves shortages and supplier risks, and partners cross-functionally with procurement, operations, finance, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams. Establishes planning processes, monitors KPIs, supports product lifecycle activities, and drives continuous improvement while balancing customer service, working capital, cost, and supply risk.

Leads global food safety product portfolios by setting investment priorities, managing lifecycle decisions, evaluating portfolio performance, and developing business cases. Oversees P&L, pricing, margins, launches, risks, roadmaps, and resource planning. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional global teams while coaching Portfolio Managers and aligning innovation pipelines with market needs.

Leads strategic account planning and executive relationships for high-value multinational customers. Develops enterprise-wide growth strategies, manages complex multi-product accounts, negotiates global supplier agreements, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and coordinates regional and cross-functional teams. Tracks performance, pipelines, market trends, and competitive activity while providing recommendations to commercial leadership. The role is remote and requires international travel as business needs dictate.
