Responsibilities include preparing and processing client invoices, revising prebills, entering attorney time, processing expenses and reimbursements, managing billing holds and adjustments, maintaining billing records, and ensuring compliance with firm and client billing policies.

Responsibilities include managing Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act matters, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions, managing e-discovery, preparing witnesses, participating in mediations and settlement conferences, and supporting trial strategy. The role requires California Bar membership, civil litigation experience, strong motion-writing and deposition skills, and trial preparation experience.
