Lead enterprise customer implementations and a small technical team to deliver measurable business value. Own account strategy, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, mentor technical ICs, resolve high-stakes issues, and ensure successful, value-driven adoption of the platform.

Work closely with strategic utility customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of the Neara platform. Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, embed solutions, define business cases and ROI metrics, run trainings/workshops, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and value realization.

The role focuses on leading editorial efforts to define industry narratives around energy infrastructure, translating regulatory changes into strategic content for executives, and influencing sales and positioning through high-impact communications.
