Collaborates with Korean development and global publishing teams, defines KPIs, analyzes player behavior, plans seasonal content, and communicates product briefs and post-mortems to stakeholders to optimize player experience and long-term success in Western markets.

Senior individual contributor owning customer support operations across multiple live-service game titles. Manage third-party CS vendors and SLAs, handle escalations (including VIP), maintain knowledge base and macros, monitor support metrics, and drive process and tooling improvements while collaborating with Community, Live Ops, Product, and international development teams.

Lead community strategy and execution for an FPS live-service MMO. Manage Discord, Reddit, and social channels; mentor CM team; surface player sentiment to Seoul devs; run community programs, live streams, and player-facing content; and report on community health and trends to leadership.
