Lead development of scalable AI-powered systems, rapidly evaluate frontier AI capabilities, and translate them into measurable business value. Build APIs, web frontends, business logic, data layers, and SQL/NoSQL storage. Deploy and troubleshoot cloud applications, create automated tests, maintain code quality, and integrate foundation models, RAG patterns, and agentic AI. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to move prototypes into production and deliver solutions in complex, matrixed environments.

Develop and maintain web-based and native front-end applications for animation production users. Collaborate with product, engineering, backend, UX, and production teams on requirements, architecture, performance, testing, deployment, and feature roadmaps. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, prototypes, user studies, and iterative UX improvements. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and translate complex production pipeline requirements into intuitive visual tools.

Provides senior-level administrative support to an SVP and multiple VPs within Technical Operations. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting coordination across time zones, travel and expense management, event preparation, presentation and correspondence editing, note-taking, office administration, stakeholder follow-up, and special project support. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, strong organization, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. It follows a hybrid schedule with at least four office days per week.
