Engage and qualify prospects for Navigate360 by outbound calling, booking meetings, and creating opportunities. Use Salesforce and SalesLoft to capture and analyze data, meet monthly dialing/email productivity and meeting quotas, collaborate with sales and marketing, handle objections, and drive customer engagement to grow the client base.

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and transactional support requests (account updates, order status, billing). Document interactions in case systems, manage follow-ups and queues, escalate as needed, and use Salesforce and Office 365 to support timely, quality resolutions.

Hands-on technical lead responsible for migrating a legacy VB.NET Web Forms system to ASP.NET Core, owning architecture, releases, security hardening, CI/CD, and mentoring an engineering team.
