Lead, recruit, and scale a team of 5–7 Commercial Account Executives to generate pipeline, hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets, and drive new business. Coach AEs across the full sales cycle, enforce pipeline generation practices, forecast accurately, and build strong customer relationships while hiring and developing top sales talent.

Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings. Use Salesforce and sales tools to research targets, cold-call and message prospects, partner with account executives, track metrics, and meet quota. Receive training and potential rapid promotion across the business.

Support Account Executives across the sales cycle: prospecting and outreach, qualifying and mapping stakeholders, participating in MEDDPICCs, preparing external/internal materials, and coordinating handoffs to account management and launch teams.
