Serve as lead trial counsel for property & casualty insurance defense and subrogation matters (primarily Los Angeles). Manage a high-volume, varied caseload, try cases, mentor junior attorneys, coordinate with claims and clients, provide legal opinions and valuations, and use technology for efficient case management. Frequent travel and occasional overnight travel required.

The Senior Trial Attorney will deliver legal services in insurance defense cases, managing caseloads, leading counsel in litigation, and mentoring junior attorneys, with responsibilities in complex insurance claims and civil litigation.

The Managing Trial Attorney will oversee a team of attorneys and paralegals, manage case files, and ensure quality legal services in a trial division. Responsibilities include staffing, performance monitoring, and collaboration on operational aspects.
