Serve as lead counsel in property & casualty insurance defense and subrogation matters (personal and commercial lines). Manage high-volume caseloads, try cases, provide legal opinions and valuations, mentor junior attorneys, collaborate with claims and legal partners, use legal technology for efficient case management, and maintain licensure and compliance.

Administers complex compensation plans, including commissions and profit-sharing programs. Performs advanced Excel-based calculations, data preparation, reconciliation, validation, and quality review; investigates discrepancies and recommends corrective actions. Supports UAT, requirements clarification, defect resolution, process documentation, reporting, stakeholder communications, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement. The role also establishes plan ownership and backup coverage while coordinating with Finance, Technology, Business Insights, Compensation Design, and business partners.

Lead and manage personal-lines underwriting teams to drive profitable results through strategy execution, portfolio and agency oversight, process modernization, performance management, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for planning, budgeting, reporting, and escalated issue resolution.
