Leads conversion rate optimization and experimentation for National University's digital experiences. Owns the CRO roadmap, A/B and multivariate testing lifecycle, personalization strategy, behavioral analytics, KPI framework, executive reporting, and vendor relationships. Identifies journey friction and opportunities to improve inquiry, application, and enrollment conversion. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Enrollment, Analytics, UX, Product, Technology, and IT to deliver data-informed website optimization, personalization, and AI-assisted experiences.

Teach accounting courses, maintain scholarship and professional development, and direct an undergraduate accounting program. The role requires a terminal accounting degree, accounting certification, higher education teaching experience, practical accounting experience, and online teaching experience.
