Responsibilities include program strategy, faculty and student support, curriculum development, assessment, accreditation compliance, stakeholder collaboration, shared governance, and service. The role requires a terminal accounting degree, accounting certification, higher education teaching experience, practical accounting experience, and online teaching experience.

Oversee high-volume, multi-state payroll operations, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly processing, tax compliance, W-2 reporting, payroll reconciliations, audits, general ledger uploads, and discrepancy resolution. Manage Workday, ADP, and OSV payroll systems, vendors, and reporting. Supervise, train, and mentor payroll staff while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners to maintain data integrity and improve operational efficiency.

Manage design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot report issues, perform audits and reconciliations, and support release impact analysis, documentation, and training to drive HR reporting, planning, and compliance across multiple affiliates.

Provides administrative and clerical support for instructional resource development, organization, distribution, and recordkeeping. Maintains training and attendance data, creates reports and presentations, verifies information accuracy, and assists with special projects. Requires strong communication, organization, time management, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills. This part-time Federal Work Study role is limited to current National University students with a completed FAFSA and allows up to 25 hours per week.

Provides part-time support to the Compensation Team by collecting, reviewing, standardizing, and updating university job descriptions. Enters job description data into the HRIS, maintains tracking tools and databases, verifies consistency and accuracy, and supports compensation-related projects. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Supports processing of Veteran Readiness and Employment and Military Tuition Assistance benefits. Fields student inquiries, reports enrollments to the VA, processes correspondence, maintains records, monitors documentation, and helps ensure compliance with federal regulations and university policies. The role also assists with orientations, webinars, training seminars, and other veteran services activities while providing timely administrative support to students.
