Manage day-to-day property operations, compliance, leasing, and finances to maintain occupancy. Supervise onsite staff, coordinate maintenance and resident services, run resident programs, maintain records in Yardi, and build community relationships while ensuring regulatory and budgetary compliance.

The intern will learn social media management skills, focusing on content creation, advertising, analytics, and advanced marketing techniques over 10 weeks, under the supervision of experienced professionals.

The intern will learn production studio essentials, including audio and video management, lighting techniques, and basic video editing, while assisting in studio operations.
