Manages enterprise litigation, claims, investigations, discovery, depositions, legal holds, witnesses, outside counsel, and regulatory responses. Provides practical risk counseling to business teams and supports fair housing and landlord-tenant matters. The role requires increasing independence in case strategy, mediations, settlements, regulatory matters, and litigation portfolio management.

Coordinates social service programs for affordable housing residents, including referrals, after-school care, financial literacy, workforce development, community engagement, and health and wellness activities. Builds partnerships with service providers, manages property service budgets, maintains resident records, monitors program delivery, reports outcomes, and serves as a community ambassador. Provides direct support to children, families, adults, and seniors while ensuring appropriate supervision and safe programming.

Leads the third-party property management client services business, driving new business development, client relationships, pitches, proposals, and market growth. Oversees property acquisition and disposition due diligence, budgeting, client satisfaction initiatives, reporting, and internal communication systems. Coordinates with brokers, owners, consultants, civic agencies, and internal teams while managing staff and supporting strategic initiatives for the SVP of Property Management. Regular business travel may be required.
