Manage on-site property operations, compliance, occupancy, finances, and resident programs. Supervise 3+ staff, handle leasing and Yardi data, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate maintenance and community relations, and support resident services and reporting.

Manage daily property operations, compliance, leasing and resident services to maintain occupancy. Oversee budgeting, deposits, receivables, Yardi data, site inspections, vendor and supply procurement, and 1-2 on-site staff. Develop and deliver resident programs, build community and city relationships, and ensure regulatory and affordable housing covenant compliance. Attend company events and perform other duties as assigned.
