Build and maintain scalable customer-facing web applications and microservices APIs. Lead complex system design, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, guide technical vision, and collaborate with architecture, product, design, and business stakeholders. Develop new functionality, maintain existing systems, improve engineering processes, support compliance initiatives, and work with secure PHI-related technologies. The role requires Java, Spring, database, cloud, API, container, and CI/CD expertise.

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs in product development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder alignment, while driving execution of associated projects and managing risks.

Manage federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, including income, sales and use, VAT, withholding, and property taxes. Oversee tax filings, reconciliations, projections, audits, controls, regulatory monitoring, third-party consultants, and tax planning. Drive process improvements, support internal and external audits, prepare journal entries, and communicate tax risks and opportunities to leadership. The role may require occasional evenings or weekends.
