Hunt and close net-new commercial and mid-market accounts for Nasuni's cloud-native file data and hybrid cloud storage platform. Build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, engage channel and cloud partners, use Salesforce for forecasting, and collaborate with internal teams to meet quota and drive measurable new-logo revenue.

The Technical Account Manager will support enterprise customers, optimize cloud file data platform use, and ensure customer success through technical guidance and collaboration with engineers.

Lead complex enterprise customer onboarding from sales transition through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. Maintain executive alignment, customer health, business-value continuity, adoption readiness, change management, and escalation resolution across large global engagements. Translate technical decisions into business implications, govern executive reviews, stabilize customer relationships, and improve onboarding playbooks, health models, and AI-assisted workflows.
