Serve as primary client technical contact from implementation through support, run technical investigations (logs, SQL, Elasticsearch, HTTP), deliver training and documentation, collaborate on product roadmap and remediation plans, present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, and drive operational improvements to maximise client value.

Leads complex enterprise SaaS delivery programs for major banks, owning governance, client and executive relationships, commercial controls, risk management, regulatory deadlines, third-party coordination, and successful go-live. The role requires deep financial crime compliance technology experience, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or case management platforms, plus proven Tier 1 bank implementations, program turnaround expertise, cloud delivery, and senior stakeholder credibility.
