Perform routine microbiology test article preparation, execute tests per NAMSA SOPs, record and review data, operate laboratory equipment, perform environmental monitoring and cleanroom maintenance, respond to monitoring alarms, support test specification preparation and client interactions, and follow GLP/GMP and applicable standards.

The Client Success Program Manager serves as the main contact for clients, managing complex programs, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication across teams to enhance client experiences.

Perform internal and supplier audits and inspections to assess compliance with GLP/GMP/ISO and SOPs; review lab records and data for accuracy; investigate quality issues, recommend improvements, and follow up on corrective actions.
