The Client Success Program Manager serves as the main contact for clients, managing complex programs, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication across teams to enhance client experiences.

Formats, types, proofs, and corrects reports; prioritizes work to meet due dates including STAT requests; creates CDs and formats digital images; translates raw data into report form; may revise templates, perform calculations, work with QA/Document Control, generate TrackWise records, and provide administrative backup.
