Manages HIV and global health foreign assistance programs by coordinating awards, stakeholders, meetings, deliverables, budgets, reporting, documentation, and performance data. Supports technical assistance, Congressional reports, leadership briefings, research, guidance materials, and lessons-learned activities. Requires strong organizational, writing, data-handling, and collaboration skills, along with public health knowledge and the ability to work with U.S. government, embassy, partner-government, and implementing-partner stakeholders.

Requires at least two years of related experience, technical education, IAT Level II certification, and U.S. citizenship.

Leads architecture, engineering, security, integration, deployment, and sustainment of the Informatica Data Governance Suite in AWS GovCloud. Designs high availability, disaster recovery, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, monitoring, identity, security, and compliance capabilities. Coordinates Informatica, cloud, database, cybersecurity, and testing teams; supports RMF/ATO and STIG activities; reviews technical artifacts; manages risks; and transfers operational knowledge to government personnel.
