Provide application and process support for corporate and plant systems, troubleshoot operational issues, gather and document business requirements, configure and test applications, drive supply chain process improvements, train users, manage minor projects through full lifecycle, and liaise with internal teams and vendors to deliver sustainable solutions.

Administer full-cycle domestic payroll, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, resolve payroll/tax/timekeeping issues, reconcile PTO/W2s, process tax amendments, partner with managers and vendors, and support system implementations and audits.

Supports manufacturing and supply chain systems across corporate and plant operations. Analyzes business needs, troubleshoots system issues, documents requirements and workflows, configures and tests applications, and develops process improvements. Facilitates cross-functional meetings, tracks tasks and risks, creates training materials, trains users, and provides scheduled and off-hours support. Requires strong business analysis, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
