Facilitates onboarding, functional, professional skills, and other training programs in virtual and classroom settings. Develops and updates learning materials, leads train-the-trainer sessions, supports learning needs assessments, evaluates training effectiveness, and communicates insights to stakeholders. The role partners with instructional designers and business leaders, maintains internal relationships, supports change management, and recommends improvements to training programs and workplace learning outcomes.

Manages major capital and systems engineering projects from planning through completion. Oversees project governance, budgets, procurement, vendors, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication. Leads warehouse automation, forklift fleet, dock equipment, WMS, YMS, and related technology initiatives. Coordinates design evaluations, RFPs, ROI analysis, maintenance agreements, and continuous improvement efforts while tracking department KPIs and project portfolios.

Manages HR initiatives and partners with business and senior leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. Advises on employee relations, performance management, compensation, staffing, leadership development, conflict resolution, and employment policies. Leads organizational improvement, change management, employee engagement, and HR excellence projects while coaching managers and supporting positive workplace relationships.
