Coordinates client orders from placement through delivery, including pricing verification, manufacturer follow-up, shipping, inventory management, fulfillment, and client communication. Supports Sales Consultants with samples, proposals, presentations, product research, websites, billing coordination, and issue resolution. Analyzes sales and inventory reports to guide reorders and manages multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining strong customer service and relationships.

Manage accounts receivable portfolio, perform cash application and reconciliations, conduct collections and dispute resolution, process payments, maintain customer communication records, and support AR-related projects and reporting.

Manage financial reconciliation and reporting for e-commerce and company store programs. Prepare client-facing reconciliation reports, maintain schedules, analyze transactions, manage escrow/prepaid funds, and liaise with clients, sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate inventory and financial reporting.
