Coordinates client orders from placement through delivery, including pricing verification, manufacturer follow-up, samples, shipping, inventory management, fulfillment, and billing coordination. Supports Sales Consultants with client communication, proposals, product research, presentations, and backup account coverage. Analyzes sales and inventory reports to guide reorders and maintains strong customer service while managing multiple time-sensitive projects and vendor relationships.

Manages accounts receivable portfolios, collections, customer account reconciliations, cash application, payment processing, invoice submissions, and billing dispute resolution. The role follows up on overdue balances, applies ACH, wire, check, lockbox, and card payments, researches discrepancies and unapplied cash, maintains customer records, and collaborates with Sales and Finance. It also supports reporting, credit memos, customer inquiries, and other accounting duties.
