Support Sales Consultants by managing orders from placement to delivery, handling inventory and fulfillment, coordinating with clients and vendors, preparing sales materials, tracking reports and invoicing, and providing high-quality customer service while meeting deadlines and improving processes.

Manage financial reconciliation and reporting for e-commerce and company store programs. Prepare client-facing reconciliation reports, maintain schedules, analyze transactions, manage escrow/prepaid funds, and liaise with clients, sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate inventory and financial reporting.

Manage accounts receivable portfolio, perform cash application and reconciliations, conduct collections and dispute resolution, process payments, maintain customer communication records, and support AR-related projects and reporting.
