Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operations roles, manage 15–25+ concurrent requisitions, lead and coach a small recruiting team, build sourcing pipelines, configure Greenhouse workflows, ensure multi-state compliance and regulated-industry pre-employment requirements, drive hiring SLAs and offers to close, maintain data hygiene and reporting, and create scalable SOPs and processes.

Lead People Operations initiatives including training and onboarding, employee engagement, cross-functional People projects, and offboarding. Partner with department leaders to build/maintain LMS content, standardize onboarding, run engagement programs, and manage projects (Asana) while using HR systems data to measure impact and improve processes.

The Senior Software Engineer will build full-stack solutions, design scalable features, mentor team members, and manage the development lifecycle.
