Coordinate with invoicing, operations, and delivery teams, maintain audit-ready records, produce AR/credit reports, and use Slack/Asana/Zendesk and AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations, prepare the general ledger for monthly/quarterly/year-end closes, record adjusting journal entries, support annual audits, produce variance analysis and KPI reporting, reconcile between accounting platform and QuickBooks Online, assist with brand offboarding, and provide ad-hoc accounting reports.

Lead and supervise a team handling month-end close processes, AR reconciliations, and operational management while ensuring accuracy and performance standards are met.
