Own the technical success of strategic enterprise customers by advising on platform health, scalability, reliability, performance, and architecture. Manage escalations and critical incidents, coordinate Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and communicate resolution plans. Analyze usage and support trends, triage bugs and feature requests, provide preventative recommendations, and contribute workflow improvements or lightweight fixes. Support cloud and self-hosted deployments using DevOps and infrastructure expertise.

Lead enterprise customer deployments by mapping business processes, identifying automation opportunities, building ROI-based roadmaps, and establishing governance and operating models. Partner with engineering and customer success teams to drive adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. The role also captures deployment learnings, supports expansion opportunities, and develops repeatable implementation playbooks. Travel of approximately 30–50% is required for on-site engagements across Europe.

Build production-grade automation workflows, integrations, custom nodes, and reusable patterns for strategic enterprise deployments. Embed with customers during focused on-site engagements, translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists, Product, and Engineering. Capture customer feedback for product improvements, create internal playbooks, and deliver scalable solutions that customers can operate independently. The role requires frequent travel, strong engineering and integration skills, customer-facing confidence, and sound technical judgment.
