Field-based IT sales role responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, maintaining Salesforce CRM, meeting activity and revenue targets, and completing security awareness training. Requires territory management and regular in-person meetings in Orange County, CA.

Own full sales cycle for IT solutions in the Los Angeles area: prospect, generate opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, manage territory, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, hit revenue targets, and comply with security training and company policies.

Serve as the strategic partner and primary relationship owner for a portfolio of managed services customers. Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, profitability, and recurring revenue through executive engagement, QBRs, technology roadmaps, risk mitigation, upsell/cross-sell, and cross-functional coordination with delivery, sales, and leadership.
