Recruiter responsible for sourcing and building candidate pipelines, managing multiple U.S. operations and customer-facing requisitions, conducting recruiter screens, coordinating interviews, assessing candidates, maintaining recruiting data in Rippling, and providing hiring progress visibility to managers and leadership. The role requires independent execution, strong sourcing judgment, organization, and the ability to support high-volume hiring in a contract-to-hire capacity.

Own a defined payments product area from discovery through launch, including settlement, reconciliation, disputes, integrations, or reporting. Conduct customer research, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, evaluate tradeoffs, measure outcomes, and manage product economics and risk. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions and continuously improve the product.

Support global HR operations across the US, Canada, and India: maintain employee records and HRIS, manage onboarding/offboarding, track compliance and leaves, coordinate audits, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to scale People functions.
