Process customer orders, communicate pricing and shipment updates, coordinate fulfillment with production, create work orders, manage invoicing and follow-ups, verify shipment documents, and arrange transportation pickups and deliveries. Provide administrative support while working independently and collaboratively in office and warehouse environments.

Develops Japanese liquor sales by visiting and educating customers, supporting sales associates, creating account and marketing plans, analyzing competitors and performance, coordinating tasting and promotional events, and managing vendor and customer relationships. The role also creates social media content, supports sake education programs, attends company events, and contributes to inventory activities. Japanese or Chinese business fluency, liquor industry expertise, travel, and customer-facing sales experience are important.

Monitor and investigate security alerts, triage and respond to incidents, contain threats, and escalate high-risk events. Administer Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 security tools, SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, Intune, and device management platforms. Maintain device compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, policies, documentation, and audit evidence. Provide security guidance, manage technology vendors, support IT policy implementation and an ERP project, and communicate with business units and management.
