Administer Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 security tools, SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, Intune, and device management platforms. Maintain device compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, policies, documentation, and audit evidence. Provide security guidance, manage technology vendors, support IT policy implementation and an ERP project, and communicate with business units and management.

Coordinates sales orders, invoices, customer records, payments, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, delivery schedules, shipping quotations, inventory issues, inspections, and purchase-order completion. Provides customer service and logistical support to warehouse and sales teams while ensuring export compliance. Requires English proficiency, basic Spanish, strong organization, communication, clerical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, plus occasional inventory counts and company events.

Develop new and manage existing foodservice accounts, meet sales quotas, support Fresh Fish marketing, prepare sales reports, participate in trade shows, and maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate West Coast trucking and air shipments, delivery routes, documentation, inventory activities, and customer issue resolution. The role requires frequent driving and business travel, Japanese and English fluency, basic Microsoft Office skills, and food wholesale or distribution experience.

Ensures food safety, quality, regulatory, and traceability compliance across imported, manufactured, and distributed products. Responsibilities include managing HACCP and prerequisite programs, conducting supplier audits, verifying labels, maintaining QA documentation, overseeing sanitation and pest control, investigating complaints, coordinating with regulatory agencies, conducting laboratory testing, developing SOPs and training, and supporting quality initiatives across company branches.
