Own and operate the Databricks Lakehouse: run and optimize ingestion pipelines, Spark transformations, Airflow orchestration, Unity Catalog governance, MSSQL tuning, cost controls, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation to meet SLAs in a regulated lending environment.

Own day-to-day PPC campaign management to meet lead volume, CPL, and efficiency goals. Lead bid strategy, budget pacing, optimizations, and testing. Perform deep-funnel and keyword-level analysis, ensure regulated-ad compliance, collaborate with Creative and Data/Analytics, and present performance and recommendations to the SVP.

Manage and grow a network of mortgage affiliate and lead-generation partners. Recruit, onboard, and optimize partner campaigns for lead quality and compliance with RESPA/TILA/Fair Lending. Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, deliver reporting, manage budgets/payouts, and collaborate with marketing and partners to improve conversion and expand product opportunities.
