Serves as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership, driving workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and manager development. Leads people-system improvements, AI workflow automation, cross-functional projects, and scalable operating processes while managing at least one direct report. The role requires significant onsite presence in Los Angeles, travel across markets, and support for multiple U.S. time zones.

Develops show set packages for immersive museum exhibits from concept through design development. Creates Rhino models, Revit-compatible assets, plans, elevations, sections, sheet sets, finish specifications, color boards, and technical documentation. Details themed environments, scenery, special effects, props, lighting, audio, and show action equipment. Collaborates with design, production, fabrication, and leadership teams on technical reviews, cost analysis, construction solutions, and guest experience development.
