Supports complex litigation matters through case organization, legal research, discovery, cite checking, motion and deposition preparation, trial support, appellate filings, document management, and post-matter compliance. Leads workflow and resources for support teams during trials, may supervise staff, manages exhibits and transcripts, prepares litigation documents, and coordinates filings, translations, and bill-of-costs documentation.

Leads the Human Resources function across talent management, recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations. Manages HR leaders, departmental priorities, budgets, service delivery, compliance, workforce reporting, organizational change, and process improvement. Advises senior leaders on complex people matters, oversees HR programs and systems, and serves as department lead in the Director’s absence.

Supports the firm’s governance program through conflicts checks, new matter intake, ethical wall administration, records management, outside counsel guideline reviews, audit letters, and compliance reporting. The role maintains matter lifecycle data, advises attorneys and professionals on governance policies, coordinates reviews and deadlines, processes records requests, and partners with legal support, operations, and technology teams.
