Leads product costing operations, including cost estimates, should-cost analysis, cost reduction initiatives, material cost tracking, factory capability evaluation, and costing system management. Partners with design, development, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams; supports budgeting and communicates costing updates to stakeholders. Requires manufacturing and product costing expertise, with up to 15% domestic and international travel.

Leads the administration, configuration, development, integration, optimization, and support of Oracle WMS and distribution center systems. Translates operational needs into technical solutions, improves warehouse processes, manages integrations and deployments, monitors KPIs, resolves system issues, maintains quality controls and SOPs, supports users and change management, and coordinates internal, offshore, and vendor resources. The role also contributes to application roadmaps, automation initiatives, project planning, budgets, and operational improvements.
