Leads the complete industrial design process from concept development through CAD, prototyping, testing, and production handoff. Owns product categories, develops innovation roadmaps, and creates consumer-focused product concepts. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, costing, compliance, PMO, and brand teams on features, materials, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Conducts competitive reviews, user testing, and customer feedback analysis while presenting design direction and managing project schedules.

Supports consumer product design from concept through development, including quick sketching, problem solving, styling, mockups, 3D modeling, presentation boards, and coordination with overseas operations. The intern works on real baby, children’s, and household products while gaining hands-on experience in product development, integrated technology, and retail-focused design.

Develops consumer products from concept through production, including ideation sketching, mockups, 3D CAD, presentations, research, user testing, and product refinement. Collaborates with Engineering, Marketing, Costing, Compliance, Branding, and PMO teams to define product features, materials, finishes, safety requirements, and schedules. Requires knowledge of hard goods, soft goods, electronics, manufacturing and molding techniques, and proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
