Coordinates patient referrals between providers and health plans by managing administrative requirements, interpreting insurance benefits and medical guidelines, and ensuring efficient access to care. Provides guidance on referral and managed care requirements, applies professional judgment, and communicates with patients, providers, and health plans. Requires two years of medical or insurance experience; CPT and ICD coding knowledge is preferred.

Provides IT implementation, optimization, and application support for healthcare systems. Leads application and process improvement initiatives, supports incidents through data gathering, resolves complex Tier 2 vendor and application issues, completes advanced application builds and fixes, and applies expertise across at least two Epic modules.

Leads and coordinates MultiCare’s information security program, protecting internal IT, e-commerce, web, and cloud systems. Responsibilities include defining security policies and standards, deploying technical controls, strengthening cyber resilience, evaluating emerging security technologies, assessing threats and business impact, implementing incident detection and alerting strategies, designing breach countermeasures, and ensuring compliance with security regulations and privacy laws.
