Support underwriting and portfolio management for sponsor-backed and corporate borrowers across specified sectors. Perform credit and financial analysis, build three-statement models and sensitivities, draft credit memos, assist transaction execution and documentation, monitor portfolio performance and industry trends, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain portfolio data and reporting while learning sector-focused lending and credit risk management.

Support the Fund Finance product team in originating and executing subscription lines and other fund financing solutions for private equity funds. Prepare deal committee materials and credit memos, develop account plans with coverage and product teams, assist with forecasting financials and loan balances, produce senior management reports, and maintain transaction and borrower databases.

Support Functions Finance AVP responsible for forecasting, budgeting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations. Partner with cross-functional teams, guide offshore resources during close, and provide actionable insights to improve Technology Line of Business performance.
