Manage a project finance and leveraged lending credit portfolio, including credit reviews, risk ratings, watch-list and problem-loan monitoring, loan renewals, regulatory compliance, and administrative agency coordination. Lead communication among lenders, sponsors, counsel, engineers, and internal stakeholders; analyze complex financial models, conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and oversee ongoing portfolio performance.

Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support full-stack enterprise applications using Java, React, microservices, APIs, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure. Build secure, high-performing solutions and automated CI/CD, unit, integration, and performance-testing pipelines. Integrate third-party and on-premises applications, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot cloud and on-premises systems, and collaborate with technology, product, and business teams.

Leads enterprise IT change and release management processes, including chairing Change Advisory Boards, assessing risks, coordinating release schedules, tracking change requests, resolving unsuccessful changes, and ensuring documentation and closure. Partners with incident, problem, release, and configuration management teams; produces reporting and audit documentation; supports ITIL process implementation and continuous improvement. Requires strong communication, leadership, analytical decision-making, ServiceNow and CMDB experience, and knowledge of banking regulations, Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and CI/CD.
