The Treasury Associate supports sales efforts in treasury management by assisting with client proposals, implementation, and compliance, while developing industry knowledge.

Support FP&A activities for the Global Delivery Center for Cyber Security, including monthly/quarterly/annual CapEx and OpEx reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, KPI monitoring, dashboarding, and partnering with PMO, Technology, and Accounting to ensure financial tracking, capitalization compliance, and accurate month/quarter close processes.

Support Functions Finance AVP responsible for forecasting, budgeting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations. Partner with cross-functional teams, guide offshore resources during close, and provide actionable insights to improve Technology Line of Business performance.

The Treasury Relationship Manager will manage a diversified portfolio, focusing on business development, relationship management, and risk management while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead and execute IT audit engagements across APAC, evaluating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and controls. Use data analytics to design and perform data-driven audit procedures, validate remediation, prepare audit reports and working papers, support continuous auditing and automation, and collaborate with regional/global audit teams and governance forums.

Provide contact center administrative support: answer calls and inquiries, manage workflows and scheduling, capture and maintain client data, track service metrics and reports, support contact center systems (Avaya, Cisco, Salesforce), ensure compliance and escalation practices, assist targeted client programs and ad-hoc projects, and deliver excellent client service.

Manage annual compensation review, market surveys, incentive governance, compliance analysis, ad hoc compensation analytics, and strategic compensation projects in partnership with finance, compliance, risk, and HR business partners.
