Negotiate and close Global Capital Markets transactions (trustee and complementary roles), manage deal closings, serve as client-facing centralized deal manager, coordinate internal support groups, assist sales and business development, escalate and resolve client issues, ensure adherence to risk/regulatory standards, and mentor junior staff.

Serve as client-facing deal manager for GCM transactions, negotiating and closing trustee and related deals, coordinating internal support groups, assisting sales and business development, resolving escalated client issues, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards, and maintaining internal controls and audit remediation.

Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts of simple to moderate complexity. Handle account setup, transaction administration, legal document review, compliance and risk monitoring, cash flow execution, fee billing, and client service. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors, support sales and closings, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
