Evaluates credit risk for equipment finance loans and leases by analyzing financial statements, industries, collateral, cash flow, debt-service capacity, and customer information. Makes credit decisions within assigned authority, assigns risk ratings, prepares analyses for lenders, monitors credit-policy compliance, escalates risk issues, and supports internal controls, audits, and regulatory standards.

Manages complex Global Capital Markets client relationships and account administration, including transaction operations, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation. Partners with clients, counsel, advisors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to structure and close transactions, develop business, improve products and controls, and resolve service issues. Leads projects, mentors staff, and exercises managerial responsibilities including performance management and staffing decisions.

Administers complex trust and entity accounts for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Serves as a primary client contact, processes transactions and distributions, establishes accounts, resolves issues, supports relationship managers, manages service partners, maintains controls, and ensures regulatory and audit compliance. May mentor less experienced staff and contribute to client strategy implementation and revenue-generating activities.
