Supports multifamily real estate investment decisions by building Excel underwriting models, analyzing operating statements, rent rolls, capital needs, market data, comparable properties, and capital structures. Develops cash flow projections and scenario analyses, interprets transaction documents, presents assumptions to acquisition leadership, and manages the underwriting pipeline, documentation, and version control.

Provides first-level technical support to nontechnical users, including diagnosing issues, managing help desk tickets, documenting resolutions, and escalating problems. Configures and deploys computers, software, peripherals, and mobile devices; maintains hardware inventory; supports Active Directory, Windows environments, networks, and physical IT infrastructure. Assists with user training, process improvements, new-site installations, and equipment onboarding. Travels up to 10% to support new locations.
