Manage performance, reliability, and accountability for high-volume messaging programs. Build dashboards and alerting, run ad hoc analyses, coordinate incident response and vendor testing, conduct post-incident reviews, and maintain documentation and compliance tracking to inform program decisions and improvements.

Manage and implement RCT experiments and mobilization programs: develop plans and timelines, coordinate with Program and Data teams, evaluate experiment success, source content and messengers, manage contractors, conduct research on target universes and legislation, synthesize findings, and present learnings across teams to drive Democratic vote outcomes.

Manage day-to-day operations for the Polling Place Images program: track timelines in Asana, maintain data and FOIA workflows, verify polling locations, oversee part-time QC staff, draft reports and process documentation, and coordinate across Engagement and Data teams to ensure quality and timely program delivery.
