Leads full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and corporate roles while directly managing requisitions and mentoring recruiters. Partners with senior leaders on market data, compensation, pipelines, and hiring strategy. Builds sourcing playbooks, improves recruiting workflows, trains recruiters and hiring managers, tracks recruiting metrics, resolves bottlenecks, and supports team scaling. The hybrid West Los Angeles role includes approximately 10% travel for campus recruiting and events.

Designs and executes comprehensive tests for networked electronic warfare, RF sensing, and wireless products. Develops test plans, automation, infrastructure, logging, and analysis tools; troubleshoots and qualifies new designs; and supports demonstrations. Collaborates with R&D, engineering, and software teams to validate requirements and system behavior. The role is fully onsite in West Los Angeles and requires occasional travel, U.S. citizenship, and at least 10 years of electronic warfare system testing experience.
