Design and implement fixed-point signal processing algorithms in FPGA RTL for MIMO wireless systems. Responsibilities include RTL coding, simulation, synthesis and timing closure, hardware verification and troubleshooting, and cross-team support for RF and software integration.

Provide day-to-day legal support for a federal government and defense-focused business unit: draft, review, and negotiate government and commercial contracts; advise on FAR/DFARS and data rights; develop and run compliance programs and training; support sales growth while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance; obtain or hold required U.S. government security clearance.

Manage delivery of maintenance agreements by coordinating local service partners and customer relationships, ensure SLA response/restoration, remotely diagnose failures, manage escalations and emergency services, monitor/report system availability and service metrics, maintain service records, drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for additional services.
