The Director of Financial Communications leads the development of key communications strategies regarding corporate financial messaging, crisis management, and internal communications, fostering engagement with stakeholders and ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

Partner with HRBPs, TA, and Engineering/Product leaders to advise on compensation across the employee lifecycle. Use market data, internal talent insights, and AI tools to recommend pay, run annual comp and equity planning, manage promotions and offer decisions, evaluate global programs, build compensation tools/dashboards and automated reports, and create communications and training to drive adoption and equity.

Lead Motive's go-to-market strategy and execution to launch, scale, and measure presence across Mexico, the UK, and Canada. Own market entry plans, build regional teams and partnerships, localize messaging and demand generation, align sales and marketing, manage budgets and reporting, run test-and-learn experiments, and present results to executives. Drive commercial outcomes and create repeatable playbooks for future international expansion.
