The Director of Residuals leads residual processing, allocations, reporting, collections, audits, compliance, and financial analysis. The role oversees the Residuals team, strengthens controls and workflows, translates complex residual matters for executives and the Board, coordinates external audits, and guides implementation of a new residuals system. Responsibilities include staff leadership, process improvement, reporting, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, contract interpretation, and supporting actuarial projections and financial planning.

Prepares and analyzes journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, budgets, management reports, dashboards, and audit materials. The role consolidates financial results across entities, supports investment reconciliations and Form 5500 filings, monitors internal controls, performs variance and ad-hoc analysis, and assists with system implementations, process improvements, and accounting operations.
