Represent employees in plaintiff-side employment matters from pre-litigation through litigation. Manage case files, draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and demands; work with expert witnesses; prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances; guide and communicate with clients; manage high-volume caseloads.

Provide administrative and case support for attorneys: manage calendars and filings, maintain pleadings and discovery indexes, organize evidence and documents, draft and proofread legal correspondence, perform legal research, assist with billing, and maintain paper and electronic filing systems. Improve administrative workflows and communicate with clients, witnesses, and billing attorneys as needed.

The Case Manager Lead supervises a team of case managers, oversees case handling, ensures compliance, and collaborates with attorneys on case strategies.
