Provides trademark and copyright portfolio management support, including preparing registration, prosecution, maintenance, TTAB, title update, and copyright filings. Conducts trademark clearance searches, assists with IP due diligence, drafts client and local counsel correspondence, and tracks attorney and client deadlines. Requires strong legal research, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Develops and leads firmwide legal talent initiatives focused on associate engagement, retention, development, communications, evaluations, compensation, and lifecycle experiences. Analyzes talent trends and metrics, supports leadership recommendations, manages external surveys and talent branding efforts, partners across business functions, and supervises Legal Talent Coordinators. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, project management, discretion, and organizational skills in a professional services environment.

Provides paralegal support for trademark and copyright portfolio management, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and IP due diligence. Responsibilities include preparing trademark, service mark, copyright, TTAB, and title update filings; conducting trademark clearance searches; drafting client and counsel correspondence; tracking deadlines; and coordinating updates with attorneys and clients. Requires two to three years of law-firm trademark experience, strong organization, legal research skills, and preferably a paralegal certificate.
