Lead a strategic aerospace development program from design through initial production. Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, and management; manage scope, schedules, budgets, cost and schedule performance; ensure contractual compliance; resolve issues; develop recovery plans; and support proposals and business capture activities.

Supports quality and mission assurance for spacecraft mechanisms across design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery. Interprets contractual and aerospace quality requirements, manages risks, reviews documentation, supports MRB and nonconformance investigations, leads corrective actions, analyzes quality data, and interfaces with customers, suppliers, DCMA, and government representatives. The role requires independent authority to escalate quality, reliability, safety, and compliance concerns.

Designs, codes, debugs, integrates, and tests embedded real-time control software for turreted weapon systems. The role develops new capabilities, troubleshoots existing systems, supports systems integration lab and field integration, delivers quality software and documentation, and provides project status updates. Requires onsite work in Santa Barbara, approximately 10–15% travel, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
