Supports the People Department through administrative and clerical duties, including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, onboarding new hires, administering I-9 and E-Verify processes, maintaining personnel files, tracking employment documentation, supporting payroll, benefits, recruitment, associate programs, and office operations.

Supports the hotel sales office and group sales managers through client service, account relationship management, inside-sales coverage, group lead assistance, and preparation for travel and trade shows. The role maintains customer and account information, resolves client needs, supports sales initiatives, and helps ensure promised resort services are delivered. It requires hotel customer-service experience, communication skills, basic computational ability, budgetary analysis, and proficiency with Word, Excel, accounting programs, and Delphi.

Leads group sales strategy and execution for corporate and social hotel clients, achieving room-night and revenue targets. Oversees forecasting, revenue optimization, negotiations, marketing-plan development, and customer service. Recruits, trains, mentors, and evaluates group sales staff while collaborating with sales, catering, conference services, and other hotel departments. Represents the hotel in industry and community events and provides leadership across the organization.
