Own the technical product roadmap for a SaaS platform area, driving platform infrastructure, APIs, migrations, security, and scaling. Align Architecture and Engineering with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams; triage operational issues; monitor adoption and performance metrics; act as Product Owner when needed. Use AI tools daily to prototype, analyze data, draft technical specifications, and accelerate discovery while improving Product/Architecture handoffs.

Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, route qualified leads to sales/support, conduct outbound follow-ups, maintain and enrich Salesforce CRM records, and support early-stage sales tasks while providing insights to marketing and sales leadership.

Lead enterprise application strategy and governance for 300+ tools and ~$35M spend, focusing on Lead-to-Cash systems. Drive application rationalization, vendor consolidation, cost optimization, lifecycle standards, and governance. Partner with Finance/Procurement, lead AI/RPA automation initiatives, and manage executive stakeholder communication through transformation programs.
