Manage a team of Customer Success Managers for the Orthopedics vertical to drive adoption, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, and optimize customer experience. Set strategy, KPIs, forecasting, staffing and onboarding, mentor staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

Lead GTM territory planning, CRM governance, and forecasting to scale sales operations. Drive territory modeling, RoE, pipeline hygiene, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional enablement to improve productivity and automation.

Support corporate governance, entity management, IPO readiness, and M&A transactions. Prepare board materials, maintain corporate records, manage entity filings, coordinate diligence and closings, and partner with executive leadership, finance, tax, HR, and external counsel to improve governance processes and legal operations.
