The Director, People Business Partner will shape and execute people strategies, coach and develop leaders, and drive engagement while partnering with senior leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Partner with GTM, Clinical Strategy, and Finance to build and maintain dbt models, client-facing reports, and dashboards. Perform SQL-based analyses, ROI and clinical outcomes reporting, and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data reliability through testing, code review, and collaboration with Data Engineering; support ad-hoc requests and automation of reporting.

Partner with the VP of Strategic Finance to perform financial and strategic analyses, develop pricing and go-to-market strategies, build financial models and processes, support cross-functional decision-making, and drive initiatives to scale growth and path to profitability.
